Big Sky, MT in the Winter

Planning your next trip and not sure where to go? Look no further! Big Sky, Montana (and the Bozeman area) has a ton to offer!

  • Restaurants: Montana Ale Works (I recommend bison pot stickers to start, either the elk burger or bison burger, and a huckleberry mule to drink), Open Range (I recommend the steak tartar to start and the wagyu steak frites with a side of vegetables), Pinky G’s in Big Sky (I recommend mozzarella sticks to start and the funky chicken or the fatty pizza to share), *honorable mention: Rocking R Bar for a fun, laidback western-inspired night

  • Hot Springs: Bozeman Hot Springs (most convenient, but it closes early on Friday’s and is very crowded on Saturday evenings), Yellowstone Hot Springs, Norris Hot Springs and Chico Hot Springs

  • Other Activities: Apres Ski (it’s not just for the skiers), snowshoeing, shopping, dog sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, or even Yellowstone National Park
