La Caille is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and just 10 minutes from some of Utah’s top ski areas. The restaurant opened in 1975 and still retains its original Country French charm and eccentricities. La Caille presents dinner seven days a week and serves brunch on the weekends. The restaurant consists of four dining rooms and has an indoor seating capacity of four hundred guests. The Eighteenth-Century themed rooms are available for rental year round. In the warmer months, many choose to dine on one of the patios with a view of majestic Little Cottonwood Canyon.

I was fortunate enough to attend a networking and content event, hosted by Social Icon, over the weekend and explore the incredible buildings and grounds. The style is immaculate, giving very Bridgerton-vibes (the Netflix show) and making each visitor feel like royalty. We were unfortunately too early for dinner, but my next visit will absolutely consist of either brunch or dinner!
